 A family constellation, also known as a system constellation, is a therapeutic approach that uses the relationships between people to identify and resolve problems. This approach is based on the belief that our family of origin plays a role in our current life situation.
 
Family Constellation Therapy looks at the family as a system and the individual’s role in that system. This can lead to exploring family relationships from generations back and how those impact the present.
