I am here to guide you get to know yourself better, and find positive ways for you to cope with life’s situations. Also, I can help you find your life purpose, why you are here and what you are meant to do. I will do my best to help you find balance and inner peace, so that you and those around you can benefit and thrive just by being in your presence.

Astrology:
You will get a chart and a up to 2 hours reading via Zoom or in person of your entire Astrology birth chart that will help you understand yourself better, your challenges, strengths, gifts and path based on how the stars were aligned when you were born. You will get the recording after the session.
This is a type of therapy based on the idea that problems passes down through generations. When we examine our feelings and perceptions in a "field of knowing," we can break out of familial patterns that cause suffering. 2 hours session via Zoom.
The purpose of yoga is to build strength, awareness and harmony in our body, mind and spirit. Yoga’s incorporation of meditation and breathing can help improve a person’s mental well-being. Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress pattern, relaxes the mind; centers attention; and sharpens concentration.
Massage: $95 one hour or $125 90 minutes
My massages are mainly focused on releasing tension and blockages in the physical body. I combine many methods such as spinal and cranial release, deep tissue, among others. I can also combine it with Crystals & Reiki,
Reiki: $75 one hour
Reiki healing helps to clear, balance and boost energy levels throughout the body. Reiki energy will aid to bring healing energy to the ailing parts of the body in order to ultimately restore balance.
Crystal Healing: $75 one hour
It is often used in conjunction with chakra healing. It focuses on specific chakra related centers of the body. Crystals affect our electro-magnetic energy fields or subtle bodies which surround and permeate the physical body. They absorb, focus, direct and diffuse our energy fields to find its natural energetic rhythm.
Light Language: FREE
Light Language is a channeled cosmic language that distributes sound and energy to convey messages- interpreted by the heart, and speaks familiarity to your soul rather than to your programmed hearing and brain. The language is meant to release blockages from your energy field, connect and restore balance.
