This is not about reading your entire Astrology birth chart but to look at specific planets and houses positions within your chart that will help you understand yourself better, your challenges, strengths, gifts and path based on how the stars were aligned when you were born.

Chakras are the energetic centers throughout our bodies that correspond with our emotions and vital health areas. Many believe that blockages of these chakras can lead to illness, stress, as well as mental and emotional problems.
Reiki healing helps to clear, balance and boost energy levels throughout the body. Reiki energy will aid to bring healing energy to the ailing parts of the body in order to ultimately restore balance.
It is often used in conjunction with chakra healing. It focuses on specific chakra related centers of the body. Crystals have the ability to hold and emit energy vibrations. Crystals affect our electro-magnetic energy fields or subtle bodies which surround and permeate the physical body. They absorb, focus, direct and diffuse our energy fields to enable an out of balance body to find its natural energetic rhythm.
The cultivation of mindfulness has roots in Buddhism, but most religions include some type of prayer or meditation technique that helps shift your thoughts away from your usual preoccupations toward an appreciation of the moment and a larger perspective on life. By using mindfulness techniques, it will help you to lower your stress levels, reduce anxiety, improves attention and helps release negative thoughts and patterns.
The purpose of yoga is to build strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body. The relaxation techniques incorporated in yoga can lessen chronic pain, such as lower back pain, arthritis, headaches and more. This is a type of therapy based on the idea that problems sift down through generations to cause stress in the here and now. When we examine our feelings and perceptions in a "field of knowing," we can break out of familial patterns that cause suffering.
Light Language is a channeled cosmic language that distributes sound and energy to convey messages- interpreted by the heart, and speaks familiarity to your soul rather than to your programmed hearing and brain. This allows you to consume information differently by expanding your senses. The language is meant to release blockages from your energy field, connect and restore balance.
